Description

Build your backup power system on storage that will outlast the inverter in front of it. The Mecer M3000 Lithium Battery Module delivers 3.55kWh of LiFePO4 storage in a rack-mountable 48V module rated for 6000 charge cycles — that is roughly sixteen years at one cycle per day, backed by a 5 year manufacturer warranty.

Where lead-acid batteries lose capacity fast under the deep, repeated cycling that load shedding demands, LiFePO4 is built for exactly that duty. The M3000 handles daily discharge without the capacity collapse that leaves lead-acid owners replacing batteries every two to three years.

Start small, scale later

The M3000 is modular by design. Begin with a single 3.55kWh module and add more as your budget or consumption grows — up to 40 modules can run in parallel, giving a theoretical ceiling of over 140kWh. Each module stacks into a standard rack, so expansion is a matter of mounting the next unit and connecting it, not redesigning the system. For most South African households, two to four modules cover a full day of essential loads.
